Welcome to MOLTS Sport Consulting LLC. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

MOLTS Sport Consulting offers:

  • Film-based performance analysis
  • IQ development
  • Player evaluation
  • Strategy and conceptual education
  • Written reports and video feedback

CourtReady Ops provides administrative support for sports teams, including tournament registrations, roster management, player eligibility verification, and deadline tracking. We also handle sensitive information, including personally identifiable information (PII), necessary to provide these services.

We do not provide physical training, athletic drills, or in-person coaching.

2. BOOKING & PAYMENT

  • All bookings are completed through Acuity Scheduling.
  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices may change at any time.
  • Fees for CourtReady Ops are billed according to the selected plan. Additional tournaments or rush requests may incur extra fees as outlined in the service description.

3. REFUND POLICY

  • All sales are final.
  • Rebooking may be allowed case-by-case.
  • No refunds for missed or late appointments or tournament services.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Upload accurate, authorized film.
  • Provide correct athlete information.
  • Respect deadlines for content submission.
  • Provide accurate player data and PII for CourtReady Ops services.
  • Use the provided reports for personal development only.
  • You may not misuse or distribute proprietary materials.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All analysis, reports, breakdowns, terminology, tools, and educational materials remain the property of MOLTS Sport Consulting LLC. You receive a personal-use license only.

6. NO WARRANTY

We do not guarantee:

  • Athletic outcomes
  • Playing time
  • Recruiting results
  • Team selection decisions

All information provided is educational and advisory.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

  • Injuries
  • Team decisions
  • Misuse of provided insights
  • Loss of data or film
  • Service interruptions
  • Errors in data submitted by clients for CourtReady Ops

8. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to deny service to anyone who violates these Terms or misuses PII.

FILM UPLOAD RULES & CLIENT CONTENT TERMS

Welcome to MOLTS Sport Consulting LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website or services, including CourtReady Ops, you agree to the following terms.

1. OVERVIEW

MOLTS Sport Consulting LLC provides film-based consulting, IQ development, player evaluation, and administrative support through CourtReady Ops. Clients upload game film, clips, or relevant performance media (“Client Content”) and submit player data for the purpose of receiving analysis, reports, or tournament services.

2. ACCEPTABLE CONTENT

You may upload:

  • Full game film
  • Practice footage (only if you have permission to share it)
  • Highlight clips
  • Existing scouting reports
  • Notes, questions, and supporting documents
  • Player documents, eligibility forms, and registration info for CourtReady Ops

You may NOT upload:

  • Footage you do not have the right to share
  • Unauthorized or illegally obtained film
  • Locker-room, medical, private, or non-public recordings
  • Anything containing harassment, sensitive personal data beyond what is required for services, or confidential third-party information

We reserve the right to refuse, delete, or decline analysis or registration services for any content that violates these rules.

3. OWNERSHIP OF CLIENT CONTENT

You retain full ownership of the film and documents you upload. By submitting content or PII, you grant MOLTS Sport Consulting LLC a limited, revocable license to:

  • View, analyze, and reference the content
  • Generate evaluation or tournament registration materials
  • Store content or PII temporarily for service delivery and compliance

We do not own your footage or documents and do not distribute them outside service delivery.

4. STORAGE & RETENTION

  • Film may be stored for up to 60 days
  • After delivery of your report or completion of tournament services, content and PII may be deleted at any time
  • You may request early deletion at any point via email

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

All client film, notes, evaluations, and PII are treated as confidential and are not shared with third parties without explicit permission, except as required for tournament registration or compliance.

6. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME

We provide analysis, IQ development, and administrative services. We do not provide athletic training or guarantee performance outcomes. All insights and services are educational in nature.
