TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to CourtReady Ops, operated by MOLTS Sport Consulting LLC (“Company,” “We,” “Our,” or “Us”). By accessing or using our website, CROPS Portal, forms, or services, you agree to the following Terms.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

MOLTS Sport Consulting LLC provides:

  • Film-based performance analysis
  • Basketball IQ development and player evaluation
  • Strategy and conceptual education
  • Written reports and video feedback

CourtReady Ops provides:

  • Team operations and tournament registration support
  • Roster management and player eligibility verification
  • Deadline tracking and compliance monitoring
  • Verified stat tracking and performance documentation
  • Player summaries and game-ready graphics

All services are managed through the CROPS Portal (CourtReady Ops Portal System), which is used to collect, organize, and process team and player information.

We do not provide physical training, athletic drills, or in-person coaching unless explicitly stated.

2. BOOKING & PAYMENT

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
  • All services are secured upon payment.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time.
  • CourtReady Ops services are billed based on selected plans or tournament services.
  • Additional tournaments, stat tracking upgrades, or rush requests may incur additional fees.

3. REFUND POLICY

  • All sales are final.
  • No refunds will be issued once services have begun or been scheduled.
  • Rebooking may be allowed at the discretion of the Company.
  • No refunds for missed deadlines, incomplete submissions, or late responses by the client.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete player and team information.
  • Submit all required information in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all submitted data, film, and documents are authorized for use.
  • Provide accurate personally identifiable information (PII) for operations services.

MOLTS Sport Consulting LLC is not responsible for errors, delays, or issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information submitted by the client.

5. STAT TRACKING DISCLAIMER

Stat tracking is conducted using professional systems and best practices; however:

  • Accuracy is dependent on live game conditions and available data.
  • Final outputs reflect best professional judgment and recorded observations.
  • Minor discrepancies may occur and do not constitute grounds for refund or dispute.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All analysis, reports, stat outputs, graphics, terminology, tools, and educational materials remain the property of MOLTS Sport Consulting LLC.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal or team use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use is prohibited without written consent.

7. NO WARRANTY

We do not guarantee:

  • Athletic performance outcomes
  • Playing time or team placement
  • Recruiting results
  • Team or coaching decisions

All services are provided for informational and organizational purposes only.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOLTS Sport Consulting LLC is not responsible for:

  • Injuries or athletic outcomes
  • Team, coaching, or tournament decisions
  • Misuse of reports or materials
  • Loss of data, film, or documents submitted
  • Service interruptions, delays, or scheduling conflicts
  • Errors resulting from client-submitted information

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to deny or terminate services for any user who:

  • Violates these Terms
  • Submits false or misleading information
  • Misuses sensitive data, systems, or materials
