  • Player eligibility documents, rosters, and registration forms submitted for CourtReady Ops

  • Processed securely by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)
  • We do not store full credit card numbers
  • Payment info associated with CourtReady Ops subscriptions or individual tournament services

  • Device/browser

  • Analytics data (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.)

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use collected data to:

  • Process bookings and registrations
  • Deliver film analysis and consulting
  • Manage CourtReady Ops services, including:
    • Tournament registrations
    • Roster uploads and verification
    • Tracking deadlines and compliance
  • Communicate with you regarding services, updates, or deadlines

We never sell personal data.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

  • Acuity Scheduling (for appointments)
  • Google Workspace / Google Drive (for film and document uploads)

  • Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta, etc.)
  • Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal)

CourtReady Ops may also interact with:

  • Exposure Basketball
  • National Sports ID
  • Other tournament registration platforms

Each third party has its own privacy practices.

4. DATA RETENTION

  • Client film stored up to 60 days
  • Reports stored indefinitely unless deletion is requested
  • Account info stored until your account is deleted
  • CourtReady Ops registration data and player documents stored securely until tournament completion and per legal or compliance requirements

  • Correction
  • Deletion
  • Download of your personal data
