  • Google Workspace / Google Drive

CourtReady Ops may also interact with:

  • Exposure Basketball
  • National Sports ID
  • Other tournament or registration platforms

5. Data Retention

  • Client film may be stored for up to 60 days
  • Reports and summaries may be stored unless deletion is requested
  • Account and contact information retained for operational purposes
  • CROPS Portal data stored as required for services and compliance
